10/19/11 — Aerios selected to develop e-mail campaign for Grande Bay Resort on St. John, USVI

Grande Bay Resort and Residence Club has selected Aerios to create a new campaign to drive bookings for its luxury resort hotel on the island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The initiative will synchronize e-mail and direct mail to specially targeted travel prospects with the highest likelihood of affinity for St. John.

The Grande Bay Resort is St. John’s newest luxury resort. The Grande Bay Residence Club is an exclusive collection of 21 privately and fractionally owned residences where the advantages of second home ownership are complimented with the amenities and personal service of a luxury resort. One of California’s top golf resorts has retained Aerios to plan, execute, and track a direct mail lead generation campaign to drive sales of its Mediterranean-style, 4,000-5,000 sq-ft luxury Villas.

6/27/11 – Aerios to provide interactive marketing services for Forest City’s Mesa del Sol development

Forest City Enterprises, one of the top U.S. developers of master-planned residential communities, has signed Aerios to provide interactive marketing strategy and implementation services for its Mesa del Sol project in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Aerios will provide the design and programming for Mesa del Sol’s new website, in addition to Search marketing, online display advertising, email marketing and social media services. The Aerios team will work in close collaboration with Denver-based branding agency, Strada, to assure that all of Mesa del Sol’s online marketing activities integrate smoothly with newly established branding and offline media campaigns.

Aerios has launched a newly re-designed website, email and direct mail campaign for its client Monteverdi’s new marketing initiative promoting weekly rentals of its painstakingly-restored luxury vacation villas.

Monteverdi – set in a historic hilltop Tuscan village of Castiglioncello del Trinoro and home to the largest privately-funded archeological dig in Italy – has its sites on becoming a significant cultural hub. It is host to the Monteverdi Artists & Scholars in Residence Series – featuring presentations, workshops, and concerts from renowned experts in art, architecture, literature, music, law, and philosophy.

The goals of the recent campaign were to enable Monteverdi to take further advantage of Search Marketing best practices, while increasing awareness among travel agents and cultural aficionados seeking a more authentic vacation experience in Tuscany.

1/10/11 – Aerios offers new Behavioral Targeting technology for household-specific online display ad serving.

The latest of Aerios’ innovations in direct response and behavioral marketing is a new technology that makes online display advertising significantly more efficient and effective.

The process starts with Aerios using offline, real-world customer profiling data to identify those prospects with the highest likelihood of buying a client’s product or service. Then small bits of data code residing on those households’ home computers are activated so they see the Aerios client’s display ad wherever they surf from among 10,000 websites.

According to Aerios principal, Ross Dyer, “This lets us offer truly prospect-centric display ads – rather than media-centric ads.  Instead of buying an ad on a publication website where only 10% of their readers are qualified to buy our client’s product, we instead serve ads directly to those qualified visitors – on the sites where each one likes to surf.  So we can hit the right prospects at the same CPM as traditional display ads, but without the waste.”

Aerios will soon be deploying controlled tests for clients in the resort, real estate and telecommunications industries.
